I'm also wondering how many voters are still falling for the 'it's not me, it's you the voter that they're against, because they don't want me to drain the swamp' line.
Are there still may people who believe that Trump is the brillo that's going to scour all the crud off the wheels of democracy, or have most of us voters detected the eau de bullshit coming from Trump's cronies shoving their way in to get some pork at the public trough?
He's filling up the swamp with pus from an ass boil. you always come up with the most delightful imagery.

Have you never read the comments of Trump supporters on web articles and Facebook items? Their belief is absolute. I have sometimes asked people who declare him to be the greatest President ever why they believe that and/or what has he done to help the average American, and so far the only actual response to my questions is one person said it is because he is doing what he said he would.

Glad. I would hate to think that someone in his position would be stupid enough to not be prepared for President Trump to fire them.

CNN has reported today that Trump is Cohen's only client! They are in court today trying to exert client-lawyer privilege and how raiding him affects his other clients and apparently, he can't produce one for the courts. This is getting interesting.

Cohen was involved in this: R.N.C. Official Who Agreed to Pay Playboy Model $1.6 Million ResignsA major donor with close ties to the White House resigned on Friday as deputy finance chairman of the Republican National Committee after the revelation that he had agreed to pay $1.6 million to a former Playboy model who became pregnant during an affair. The deal was arranged by President Trump’s personal lawyer and fixer, Michael D. Cohen. Under the terms of the deal, the Republican donor, Elliott Broidy, would pay the woman in installments over the course of two years, and in return, she would agree to stay silent about their relationship, two people with knowledge of the arrangement told The New York Times. The deal was first reported by The Wall Street Journal. Complete article here: R.N.C. Official Who Agreed to Pay Playboy Model $1.6 Million Resigns

This was posted and supposedly is a GOP elected congressional one who vented to a friend about the Donald and his feelings on his parties leader.... ============================= "He may be an idiot, but he’s still the President and leader of my party and he is capable of doing some things right. But dammit he’s taking us all down with him. We are well and truly f**ked in November….It’s like Forrest Gump won the presidency, but an evil, really f*cking stupid Forrest Gump. He can’t help himself. He’s just a f**king idiot who thinks he’s winning when people are b*tching about him." ---------------------------------------------- www.motherjones.com/kevin-drum/2018/04/check-out-this-epic-safeway-rant/

Good article. Here's a couple paragraphs. Michael Cohen and the End Stage of the Trump PresidencyThe narrative that will become widely understood is that Donald Trump did not sit atop a global empire. He was not an intuitive genius and tough guy who created billions of dollars of wealth through fearlessness. He had a small, sad operation, mostly run by his two oldest children and Michael Cohen, a lousy lawyer who barely keeps up the pretenses of lawyering and who now faces an avalanche of charges, from taxicab-backed bank fraud to money laundering and campaign-finance violations. Cohen, Donald, Jr., and Ivanka monetized their willingness to sign contracts with people rejected by all sensible partners. Even in this, the Trump Organization left money on the table, taking a million dollars here, five million there, even though the service they provided—giving branding legitimacy to blatantly sketchy projects—was worth far more. It was not a company that built value over decades, accumulating assets and leveraging wealth. It burned through whatever good will and brand value it established as quickly as possible, then moved on to the next scheme. There are important legal questions that remain. How much did Donald Trump and his children know about the criminality of their partners? How explicit were they in agreeing to put a shiny gold brand on top of corrupt deals? The answers to these questions will play a role in determining whether they go to jail and, if so, for how long. Complete adticle here. Michael Cohen and the End Stage of the Trump Presidency

That's a really good read. My personal date for the end of the Trump Presidency is July 4, 2018. Independence Day. Just like the movie! When eccentric scientist Dr. Brackish Okun examines the alien Trump captured by Steven Mueller, it regains consciousness and attacks. It telepathically by tweet invades Dr. Okun's mind and uses his vocal cords Twitter to communicate with Thomas before launching a psychic attack against him. Thomas sees visions of the aliens' Trump's plans: their entire civilization travels from planet to planet, exterminating all indigenous life and harvesting the planet of all natural resources. After Secret Service agents and military personnel kill the alien, Thomas reluctantly authorizes a nuclear attack; a B-2 Spirit fires a nuclear warhead tipped cruise missile at a saucer positioned above Houston, but the saucer remains intact. On July 4, David demonstrates that the key to defeating the aliens lies in deactivating their force fields, and devises a way to do so by uploading a computer virus into the mothership his cellphone. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Independence_Day_(1996_film)

Agree...believe it will be a very good read and incite into the real Donald, for many here, no surprises and believe it will be a truthful recording..I never finished the other one...still sits on my kindle ...possible will finish...possible not..half read... Just finished watching a PBS SHOW.."Lincoln AT GETTYSBURG"...part of our Donalds problem is he is not a reader, not curious , not into history....only into himself....[sad]

Cohen has been a busy man covering up trump family messes. Cohen got Us Weekly to kill story about alleged Trump Jr. affair: reportPresident Trump's personal lawyer Michael Cohen was reportedly able to get Us Weekly magazine to pull a story about Donald Trump Jr.'s alleged affair with a "Celebrity Apprentice" contestant. The Wall Street Journal reported Sunday that Cohen got the tabloid to kill the story in 2013, according to people familiar with the matter. Trump Jr. had been a judge a year earlier on his father's television show "Celebrity Apprentice. The younger Trump allegedly had a relationship with one of the show's contestants, Aubrey O'Day, who was half of a singing duo called Dumblonde, the Journal reported. Trump Jr. announced in March that he was separating from his wife of 12 years, Vanessa Trump. Complete article here. Cohen got Us Weekly to kill story about alleged Trump Jr. affair: report

That's a really good read. My personal date for the end of the Trump Presidency is July 4, 2018. Independence Day. unless he quits, i think that date is extremely optimistic. and candidly, though it costs us as a nation every day he remains, i really would like to see the midterms come and go before he does. the entire party needs a wakeup.

Not only has a bunch of dirty laundry been exhibited to the public, the value of the Trump brand name, the thing they've been making most of their money off of for the last 10 years, is in the crapper.
