Bluck! The Beef Stroganoff was HORRIBLE!!! I rarely get a bad recipe from Cooking Light, but this was barely edible.

Nachos! And loads of them!! With extra cheese, salsa and sour cream.
Last night was marinated London Broil with a horseradish sauce, Greek style green beans and baked potato, with butter and sour cream.
The night before that was Filet Mignon's with Red Wine, Balsamic and brown sugar glaze (Tina's recipe). But this time I took the filet's and broiled them the last 5 minutes with blue cheese on top. Spread the glaze on the plate and then laid them on that. Yum!!!!!
