What will you be doing today.
Being from metro Chicago I have no choice. The hype around here has been amazing. I have not seen anything like it since we actually won the Super Bowl.

I take it there's a football game in Chicago today ---
I tend to turn the channel when the sports portion of the news comes on.
Nothing special going on here. Some housecleaning, maybe list a few things for sale on Ebay. One last day of avoiding going out in the cold.

When the Steelers play, what else is there to do but watch.

I'm in for the day now. Cooking, laundry, cleaning, playing with Charlie...no football. A good day.

Already had coffee with a friend and caught up with her, am baking bread I got up early to mix up so it could raise while having coffee. Next, I will work a couple hours at one of my 4 part-time jobs, then have DSis and DBL over to pizza casserole and homemade bread for supper. When I only worked one job, Sunday was my day to rest, but my schedule is all screwed up now, and I do what I can to find places in my schedule to rest.

Football! GOOOOOOOO BEARS!!!! I also need to shovel a bunch of new snow, but I also want to bake some cookies and do some cleaning. I'm also avoiding shoveling said snow by wasting a lot of time on these boards today.

Sunday is the first day of the work week where I live (Israel). In addition, we're +7 hours from EST, +6 hours from CST. So the Packers-Bears and Steelers-Jets games will take place while I'm fast asleep.
I hope the Bears go all the way.

I put in 60 hours this last week and may be doing it again this coming week, so today is a mix of lounging around and getting housework done. Since I'm out of the house every workday for 12+ hours, not much gets done during the week. I'm debating going out for lunch, we haven't done that for a few months and there's a new-ish Thai place in town (I've never had Thai...)

I'm making a CVS run with sister and niece while DH looks at vehicles. Tonight we're going to a football party at a friend's house. Go Steelers!

Laptop goes into the Geek Squad for repairs again. Buy new socks at Bob's while I'm in the neighborhood using my $10 off $10 purchase coupon. With any luck, cost will be $0. Minor amounts of housework with right arm only. Watch movie while annoying the family by using my step during it. I WILL lose weight, even though I'm currently limited. Pull rank and commandeer DD's laptop later so I can peruse message boards. Oh, I am an evil parent. ;D

I'm grocery shopping for the week, and then DBF and I are going to order a pizza from our favorite place, partake in a little, *ahem*, herbal refreshment, and play Little Big Planet 2 all day. It's going to be glorious.

Learning to use my new iPad, doing some research for upcoming freelance work, fixing a nice dinner, and probably making a run to the local Asian market for a few items.

Gonna do a couple loads of laundry, work on grad school homework, probably watch an old episode of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" on DVD, and watch a few clips on YouTube of "Extreme Couponing" that you all are talking about.
Other than that, whatever might pop up that needs to be done. I may go to the rec center on campus a little later and workout, but I haven't decided yet.

I'm planting my new pear tree! And dehydrating more apples. We have what we think is a Granny Smith tree, and they are DELICIOUS when they're allowed to ripen all the way. (The ones you buy in store are green; in a climate as mild as ours they start to turn slightly russeted yellow and sweet as well as tart in late Jan/early Feb).

I need a couple more sweaters for the winter, but don't want to shell out too much $$. much appreciated!

Have a few things planned around here today, but we'll see what actually gets done. ;D
Couple of loads of laundry, a bit of cleaning that didn't get done on Friday, heading to Cost Plus to use a $10 off $30 coupon that expires today, weekly menu planning, starting to design projects for an upcoming sit-and-sew event... I'm sure there's probably more...

I have already done two loads of laundry and probably have one more to go. Had breakfast with the BF, reorganized some of my drawers, did a load of dishes, played on the boards a little, watched tv, cross stitched, and started to clean out the fridge.
It is 1:30 here and I have a confession - I haven't even gotten dressed yet! Most Sunday's I go to church but decided not to this morning.

I will not take a nap, I will not take a nap, I will not take a nap.... I REALLY want to take a nap. I went with my neighbor to a new church this morning. Really enjoyed it, will probably go again. Mom will probably have a fit because it was nondenominational - they are all heathens and do strange things according to her. We went to Panera and had lunch and talked, which was nice. The I went to Aldi's for 2 weeks worth of groceries and got gas on the way home. I'm trying to read through a book that was loaned to me, but it's a tough read. I would like to finish it and give it back. Made a pot of chili yesterday in the crockpot, so guess what's for dinner!!! Not sure if I'll watch any of the games....
