When she retires, will she be a double dipper? Social Security, as well as a Federal pension? Make that a triple dipper? Social security, Federal pension, and Presidential family pension? Or quadruple pensioner? Social security, Federal Pension, Presidential family pensioner Governor family pensioner from Arkansas? She will be getting what ever she is legally entitled to..as a Senator, as a cabinet member..what ever the pension qualifies as.. Don't beleive she is entitled to anything as the wife of a POTUS..any advice given to POTUS is just that , advice given, don't beleive she was appointed to a cabinet position.. She was in charge of the first medical plan Clinton proposed but not sure if that was a paid position.. While she and Bill are well off now due to publications and speeches given by her and Bill..and I am sure if she writes a book after retiremement , will be well renumerated for it..also, any pension she earns , she is well entitled to it too.

I was thinking that or become VEEP as a stepping stone to be the Dem candidate in 2016...who do the Democrats have in the pipeline? do you seriously think that? really? she is quitting. Obama should have Palin take her seat.

'if she writes a book'
Wonder what her book will say about her present boss. Could be REAL interesting.

Now that's rich - thriving on being unattractive. That's like a guy thriving to have a small dick. Doesn't happen. But the dudes with small dicks get all the good toys to make up for it.

But... PBP has already occupied the position of self-declared Prophet of pullitoutoftheass prognostications. There is really any room for another redundant pseudopundit/mavenwannabe. lol.. Well.. since you took the last spot, I guess I will sit this one out then.

I didn't know she had banking experience? That's okay, the World Bank doesn't have any banking experience either.

Hmmm, I can't find any breaking news about this. What is the source?
One thing about the Clintons, it's best to watch what they do, not what they say.......

As a wife of a former President, she receives Federal largesse til the day she dies. If hubby goes first, she still gets the bennies. It goes with the office. Think, Eisenhower Kennedy Johnson Reagan Now, I am asking does the Governorship bennies still flow, let alone the Senate bennies, and Presidential office bennies under Obama?

This rewarding the former heads of State and their Spouces is comparatively new I believe..started with Harry Truman.. when he left office he was basically broke..Congress finally recognized this is not really a nice thing and I believe awarded him a pension , $25,000 I believe..not even sure as to how much SS attention he received either..basically recent history as history goes, not that long ago really..I remember his leaving office..also serving as..was a kid but still.. If people have a problem with these folks getting stipends after serving in these positions I really, IMHO, believe they have some serious issues of common sense to work out..these types are a bit different then the norm and are deserving of not having to look around to see what they have to do to earn some living after serving... nice to be able to have the freedom to NOT have to take something that would not really help the image of the position to make ends meet..IMHO of course.. Granted they can write a book and normally will have a good payday but still there is no guarantee of..

You know, I never liked Hillary or her politics. But I can't help but wish her many happy years enjoying Bill's company and spoiling a slew of grandbabies.

I was thinking that or become VEEP as a stepping stone to be the Dem candidate in 2016...who do the Democrats have in the pipeline? "As Secretary of State, Clinton is barred from partisan politics and she acknowledged that it is unusual not to be participating in this election season. Still, she said she's enjoying being out of the political rough and tumble. "You know, I didn't watch any of those debates," she said with a smile while referring to the Republican presidential hopefuls' debates." m.firstpost.com/world/hillary-clinton-says-shes-done-with-the-high-wire-of-politics-195006.htmlYou mean it wasn't "partisan" for her SecState minions to be collecting DNA samples of UN officials? Nevermind, you're referring to the Crips and the Bloods err Republicans and Democrats.

Why wouldn't that surprise me? A snake heading up an equally snaky organization. Just when you think the Clinton's couldn't sink any lower.

No, in her mind, being attractive would mean she isn't smart. She actually could be somewhat attractive but that isn't her persona. She wants to be taken SERIOUSLY, so in her mind, that means looking and acting like a man. She was and is a product of her time. I don't think Sarah plain is attractive. She acted like the stereotypical blonde which is death in politics. She may very well have a brain but who the heck would ever get past her ditziness to listen to her? Hillary has a brain, a very clever one. Clever is not a compliment, btw. Wow. So you are a pretty severe judge of what is and isn't attractive in a woman. To me, Sarah Palin would still be attractive if she didn't wear all the high end tight fitting clothes, shoes, and went with less or no makeup. Yes she'd look a little less attractive but not IMO unattractive. I have no idea why Hillary chooses her outfits, makeup, etc. I've known enough people in my life who objectively do the same thing for often very different reasons. I know this though because I ask them. I'm wise enough not to assume they would think like me. A former coworker doesn't do makeup because she feels it is a waste of time and she has more important things to do.
