Someone was asking for the free CRAVE coupon...I only have one but you are welcome it.
Sorry for the delay, I was hoping to get more but it didn't work out.

QUESTION ABOUT THE PREVACID I was going to get this for my H as he gets heartburn (mostly from red sauce). However, when I read the package it appears it is a process that you have to take it daily. Is that what you do? I wanted something for him that was better than TUMS that he would just take certain times. Please let me have your input. It's a good deal but if it isn't going to do what I need, then no sense buying it. Thanks. Kathy, I take prescription Prevacid. Yes, it is something you need to take on a daily basis. He shouldn't do that unless he's under a Dr's care because there are long-term side effects with taking it for long periods of time. Has he tried Zantac? I also take that when it's really bad, even being on the Prevacid. ETA: I just finished reading all the posts and see many others wrote the same thing I did. So, there ya go!

Reverse hound alert - I am not going back to see who wants them. You have to pm me. So there. Celestial seasonings $1 *(3) exp jan Farmer john sausage $2 *(4) exp 10/18 FJ breakfast $1 *(4) exp 10/25 Dancin, check your PM. Leanna, were you the tea requestor? Yup, I was the tea requester. There was someone else too. And I got some from peeps on here and some from trades on Slickdeals. So I figured if the other person needed it more, they could get from you first. Buuuut, if she doesn't want 'em I will gladly take 'em because I place a large order w/a store for the special tea I buy and will buy as many boxes as coupons.

That's a very good price on the Cottonelle deal you posted Jeep! I hope I get a similar deal here because we are a Cottonelle household.

This may or may not be a stockpile price. midwestern: So according to the toilet paper principle, the packages of Cottonelle would need to be at least 324 square feet to consider stockpiling. The last 12-pack of Cottonelle that I bought (12 'large' rolls at WAGs) was only 206.4 sq. feet. So check out the square footage on the packages before you stockpile. This MIGHT be an "okay" price if you really need toilet paper NOW, but maybe not a stockpile price. That said, MAYBE with the increase in prices these days, using $.01/sq. foot as a stockpile price might become obsolete. For me, I'm going to use it until I'm convinced that it's gone for good.

Thanks, Dancin. I'm not sure what the regular price is on Cottonnelle, $5.99 sounds about right. We do need TP - not immediately, but probably within the next few weeks. It looks like the cat deal is good through 10/30... maybe I'll get lucky and it will go on sale before then. It seems to go down to $4.99 once every other month or so, and I've been looking for a while (Does TP ever go on sale right before Halloween? It should! Eggs too... ;D)

I'm pretty sure the Cottonelle at Jeep's Fry store for $5.99 will be the 12 pack of double-ply Cottonelle, which is 246 SF. That works out to 1.3 cents/SF. We ONLY use Cottonelle double-ply, and I can tell you that, currently, it does NOT get to 1 cent or less per SF. You would have to go w/either another brand of toilet paper or single-ply Cottonelle to get that price. So IF you are Cottonelle-particular, this IS a stockpile price. Let me share with you my recent stockpile prices on Cottonelle double-ply: 6/20/11 1.6 cents/SF (Fred Meyer's using mq's & sale price.) 7/26/11 1.2 cents/SF (K-mart using mq's & cats.) So, needless to say, I would be happy to jump in on this 1.3 cents/SF deal, if it comes to my area. But, with all that said, if you are NOT brand particular, as DancinMama said, you can get other brands of toilet paper for less. Ok, stepping off Toilet Paper soapbox...lol

I did that deal a while back and hate the TP. But I stockpiled it so there ya go. I find it too thick. I guess I am used to cheapo junk. When I take off my normal amount from roll, it's too much.

I haven't been forced to buy TP is a very long time, so you might not even be able to get other brands anymore for $.01/sq. ft. Like I said, prices are going up, so maybe the stockpile price of $.01/sq. ft. is obsolete. If any of us ever gets it again, I'm sure they'll post. I just didn't want anyone to stockpile haphazardly based only on the number of rolls in the package vs. price per sq. ft.

I remember that when I first started using the RA generic brand (because it was FREE ;D ) it seemed REALLY THIN to me. We've been using it for months now and I guess I had gotten used to it cuz when I used something else, it seemed MUCH thicker and more plush to me.

I am not extraordinarily brand-particular with my TP, but DH is. He prefers Charmin, but can live with Cottonelle... and I think if I came home with anything "cheaper", he'd start using the bath towels in protest

I lucked out when I recycled today and found a P&G insert and a few other ones. I cut out the $8.00 Cover Girl, $1.00 Softsoap, Free Crave and $2.00 Crest coupons. It doesn't take much to make this lady happy. Midwestern: My DH is picky too, but since he doesn't do the shopping or budgeting, I buy the Scott TP. It took getting used to but we're used to it. It seems to last a lot longer than the other "plush" brands.

The cottonelle extra soft is great too, if included in the sale, but does not last long.

That's actually funny & cute. My husband is the one that INSISTS we have to have Cottonelle double-ply. I almost ended up in the dog-house when I got us some free Charmin (it was double-ply) from Target sometime this past year. He actually KNEW that I had bought different t.p. I was laughing so hard when he "confronted" me about my evil deed.

Unfortunately, like you said prices are going up - so getting to a penny a square foot would definitely be significant.
