Congratulations on getting dirty and going backwards in time. Coal, such dirty energy. Too bad there are no jobs in clean energy...oh wait....

I had a "moment" last night where I was rethinking this whole situation. I still think what she did was disgusting - no question there. But I'm thinking....aren't we, the audience, demanding this sort of thing?
Comedy used to be Lucille Ball stuffing chocolates in her mouth or stomping grapes. Next, we see a couple of comedians cussing on the screen. They get a huge audience, so more comics start cussing and swearing. Pretty soon, they are racing each other to see who can be more vulgar. Why? Because vulgarity makes them millions and we seem to want it because we keep paying for it. These comedians, they have to keep one-upping one another to stay in the spotlight.
Is it any wonder it's come to this? We are demanding it. I'm not sure we get to cry about it when we get it.
I was watching Everylody Loves Raymond last night. I had tears in my eyes from laughing over him imitating Debra's sneezes. There wasn't a cussword in the whole bit. We don't need that to laugh. Maybe if we stop demanding it, they'll stop doing it. Comedians have been pushing the envelope forever in an effort to be "edgy" and relevant. Kathy is a "D" list comedian because she does not know where the line is as is evident by her Trump Head stunt. She is desperate for attention and she certainly got attention for this.

I don't understand these people in the gym. I try to get new ideas so sometimes I ask people in the gym-"what are you doing?" This one guy said, "squat".....how is doing squat going to make you more healthy? ......I asked this other guy what he was doing, he said "lunches".....how is eating lunch going to make you more healthy? And the guy was doing it wrong, he wasn't eating anything and he kept kneeling...😀 lunches and BIG GUNS? whats with that?

FWIW not Coats or Rogers either... They can 'feel' as if they weren't pressured to do anything illegal... it still won't change the facts if they were ASKED to do so... The difference between being coerced or persuaded rather than outright asked to do something.... its about Intent IMO. However the legality on this could be tricky.

It looks like the control panel for the old Infinitron-7000 Pangalactic Wormhole Generator. That model was the last one to have pushbuttons. The current models (Infindibulator-10000 series and newer) have touchscreen control panels and employ the new 4-D GPS (galactic positioning system) technology, which has increased the overall accuracy of destination targeting and has reduced unfortunate end results to a more acceptable 3% when averaged over actual parsecs traversed. This is an improvement over the undesirable-outcome levels experienced by the earlier models, which stubbornly remained in the 10% range for several decades.
You might want to poke around the general vicinity of the activation controls to see whether the actual transfer plate is still installed. If you find it, make sure not to leave anything on it that you want to keep in case someone inadvertently pushes the button and sends it to, say, Zeta Reticula 7 or somewhere else from which it might be difficult to retrieve it. I hate it when that happens.

Comey was impressive and consistent. Things he couldn't answer in an open session will be answered later in the classified session. I was surprised by Senator McCain. His questions were confusing to me and to Comey. He didn't look good. I hope he's ok. I mostly like him and his decisions. McCain appears to be losing his mental faculties. I've never liked him, but I do hope he's OK. He offered up some sort of excuse about being up late last night. He is 80 isn't he? Perhaps he should consider retiring.

Sarah Sanders: 'The president is not a liar'
By TARA PALMERI 06/08/2017 01:16 PM EDT White House deputy press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said “the president is not a liar” after former FBI director James Comey blasted the White House for telling “lies, plain and simple” about the circumstances surrounding his firing last month. “ No, I can definitively say the president is not a liar,” Sanders told reporters at the White House during an off-camera briefing Thursday. “It’s frankly insulting that that question would be asked.” So there you go.

I'm willing to bet they had that statement ready to go well before Comey Testified. All part of the game.

Anyone wonder why he was never asked if the Trump kids, Trump's son in law or Paul Manafort were the people being investigated? Gotta keep looking for that smoking gun! Good point.

So... the takeaway various sites thus far are reporting: - Pres. Trump pushed Mr. Comey for loyalty and to shut down the Flynn investigation. Whether the pushing was hard enough to constitute obstruction is up in the air.
- Mr. Comey claimed the NYT article about Russian collusion is "almost entirely wrong", and explained that media sources in the FBI generally don't know what they're talking about.
- Mr. Comey claimed the CNN article refuting Pres. Trump's claims that Comey had three times told him he wasn't under investigation is false (that is, Pres. Trump's claims are true)
- Mr. Comey took steps to ensure his memos would be leaked to the media, although the timing is suspect.
- Mr. Comey was pressured by A.G. Lynch to call the Clinton investigation a "matter", which he did, begrudgingly. However, his unease also factored into his decision to go public with the findings of the investigation.
- Mr. Comey has called Pres. Trump a liar.
Anything I'm missing? So the president isn't full of shit when he complains about fake news? Interesting. Fake news has been around since the dawn of the printed word I'm sure. Trump doesn't get to own it as if he is the only victim ever. Think about all those tabloids that have been faking it for decades.

Comey was doing a great job right up to the point that he wouldn't "fix" trump's Flynn problem.

There are no tapes, Trump was simply casting aspersions on Comey. IMO

Thanks. He didn't actually say it. Saying, "He better hope there aren't tapes." isn't saying "There are tapes." As I've stated before, I have some issues here at work with research. I've seen a couple of posts saying that he said there were tapes. I was just trying to clarify if that was accurate or another "wish it were true". Agreed. He did not outright say there were tapes.
Donald J. Trump ✔ @realdonaldtrump James Comey better hope that there are no "tapes" of our conversations before he starts leaking to the press!

I'm watching, so far the POTUS has been called a liar twice.... By a man who has lied to Congress multiple times. Speaking of liars, where are those tapes Trump says he has? That would solve EVERYTHING if he could just produce them.

Individual contacts at each airport given to the lowest bidder? Or crony contacting? What could go wrong? Right! My thoughts exactly. Bad idea.
