Again, lots of action in the pack but now D.I. has pushed majeasy into the rail and takes over first place. rovo's nag has stopped to look at the track-side flowers.

Not that I know of. Why would it be closed? I'd imagine there will be a lot of hung-over traders (from St. Paddy's day), but I think they'll have to answer the bell regardless of the state they may be in! There will probably be no snakes allowed on the trading floor on Thursday.

I also checked a couple of sites I frequent; & did not find any note about a Friday closure.....but it probably should to stop the flowing of "red ink".

Traders drink..?? Nah. LOL. I had a very good friend (now deceased), who left Houston, became a trader on the Chicago Bd.of Options. I visited him once, and he toured me thru the pits.. I stood with them in the OEX pit. We were both AA'ers; and he said he was surprised how some of the traders had long liquid lunches, then returned and traded big time. Even my horse (LEI) may be sipping a few.
Coming out of turn four and heading for home we now have architecto25 in the lead. The entire pack has tightened up today and it could be an interesting finish.

I overheard my horse ( LEI ) talking to another horse in the stables shortly after today's race....& this is what I heard: "I was amazed how fresh and clean the air is...when you're out front as I was today, totally different than the foul, stinking horsestail air that I smelled most of last week running in last place."

Did the other horse say "But did you notice that filly SBS? She was behind you and boy is she too hot to trot!" If not, I'll make sure my horse tells your horse that.
I hate it when one has a stock with blow-out numbers, yet nobody believes it is true. This horse better have a fast run in the final stretch tomorrow. Perhaps others will begin to see the light.

Don't worry about it ModE. I've been holding my steed back all week just waiting for the home stretch. So don't be surprised when I blow right by you tomorrow. ;D
