According to this article from the "Huff"...Pubs are unhappy with Obama's involvement in Libia. I thought our involvement is pretty much nil now, actively, besides some recooisence and support, most of what ever is happening militarily seems still to be done by coalition forces, and possible, with Russias help, there might be some solution coming down the pike shortly, neither side getting exactly what they want but for now some type of resolution. ----------------------------------------------- HOUSE REPUBLICANS HUDDLING ON LIBYA TOMORROW, MIGHT SUPPORT KUCINICH BILL -
You read that right. The House Republican conference will meet tomorrow to discuss its Libya policy. One topic of discussion will be whether to support Rep. Dennis Kucinich's resolution calling for an end to U.S. involvement in that country.
John Stanton: "Although GOP support for the Ohio Democrat's resolution is far from certain, an aide said the fact that it is even being discussed is a sign of how unhappy Republicans are.
'Members are really angry with the way the administration has handled this,' a GOP aide said. According to a GOP leadership aide, Speaker John Boehner (Ohio), Majority Leader Eric Cantor (Va.) and other leaders decided to hold the special caucus meeting to discuss widespread 'frustration with the administration's failure to communicate a strategy on Libya and the proper way to move forward,' not only to the public but also to lawmakers"

If you mean this article... www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/06/03/libya-house-obama-administration_n_870996.html ...then DK's bill calling for withdrawal has already been shot down in a bipartisan fashion. ...the House voted down a more drastic resolution that would have demanded a withdrawal from Libya within 15 days. That bill, written by Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio), failed in a 148 to 265 vote, garnering 87 votes from Republicans and 61 from Democrats -- a surprising tally for a measure from one of the most liberal Democrats in Congress. Either way, this resolution that did pass is just another total f-ing waste of time by the useless oxygen thieves in DC.

Since our active involvement now, there is some yes, but not very major , though I am sure we are in the loop big time, I agree... " useless oxygen thieves"...a bit harsh, however, on second thought , appropriate, right on in a way.

What part of the female anatomy are we talking about....??
We always seem to drift to discussions of female anatomy when the AF flies in here...and then fly off wondering what the hell we are talking about..female libido or female boobs
BTW Ratchets I miss your avatar of Sarah in pink with the gorgeous boobs shot.....better than the Weiner crotch shots we have to see on TV lately

Congress is ticked at Obama and they want to get the Libya US Mission costs and justification.. Dennis Kucinich and John Boehner are singing out of the same hymn book on this one about funding Libya...the White House said stuff it again to congress in so many words and they don't like having deadlines.....Obama has to many golf rounds to get in today to be bothered with congress and worried about John Edwards I guess??
Boehner and Obama on the golf course in Washington DC later this month... maybe this is the only way Boehner can get some time with Obama to discuss this and the debt ceiling.

The errors in spelling for this country would probably be helped greatly if those who call themselves journalists would learn to pronounce it properly. It's Lib' Yah, not Lib' eee yah.

I'll switch back to the old avatar as a one night thing haha...just for you.
Hey Ratchets How about until after Sarah Palin makes her decision about running for president or not...
Don't worry about the Gender Confused thing...we have members whose Gender is unknown.... instead of Male or Female...now that could be confusing because I thought some of the so called "unknowns" were ladies but they were not and still not sure what they are...transgenders??? Misogynistic?? Neutral?? Some of the unknowns said they prefer not to say and that it was none of my business
