He is stuck between a rock and a hard place on the disaster relief offset argument.On one side his party,on the other his people. It took some guts to speak out against it...the GOP have tightened up the ranks and are jumping anyone that does not toe the line. Historically the GOP has been hypocritical about federal aid and stimulus. On the record they VOTE NO, in reality they always GRAB THE DOUGH. For instance Texas was against stimulus money however, as soon as was available they had their hand out and received around $13 billion.

My favorite was Jindal.After all the rhetoric spewings, he had photo ops of him handing out those huge cardboard checks like the lottery does,signed by him ,taking credit for stimulus funding.
