When you read the article what you see as examples are either true or not true depending on you political beliefs.

By the person who wrote the article? Certainly. Don't express your opinions as Fact Checks.

ROMNEY: "The expectation was that we'd have to raise taxes but I refused. I ordered a review of all state spending, made tough choices and balanced the budget without raising taxes."
THE FACTS: Romney largely held the line on tax increases when he was Massachusetts governor but that's only part of the revenue story. The state raised business taxes by $140 million in one year with measures branded "loophole closings," the vast majority recommended by Romney. Moreover, the Republican governor and Democratic lawmakers raised hundreds of millions of dollars from higher fees and fines, taxation by another name. Romney himself proposed creating 33 new fees and increasing 57 others — enough to raise $59 million. Anti-tax groups were split on his performance. The Club for Growth called the fee increases and business taxes troubling. Citizens for Limited Taxation praised him for being steadfast in supporting an income tax rollback.
Who is spinning,Rommney or the auther?

Who is spinning,Rommney or the auther? BOTH. If you don't see that, then you are blind. Here's a better question for you: Should the author of the article....you know....a journalist, really be in the SPIN game? Obviously all politicians are regardless of (D)(R)(I)(L) designation. However, journalistic integrity is at an all time low and they are just trying to make a name for themselves by presenting spin.....not complete facts.

And Don't present your opinion as fact? I never did. Read the article again. They are BOTH full of spin. Spin isn't fact. Sure some factual elements are in the 'Fact Check' portion, but a lot of it is spin. Last time I checked....in a True or False statement, 99% could be True with 1% being False and it would still be considered a False statement. That's a FACT!

I repeat...."It's campaign time" I get that. As I've said...ALL Politicians go in to SPIN mode during campaign time....regardless of the letter following their name. I just think it's funny that somebody writing an article that doesn't say 'OPINION' at the top isn't really doing a FACT CHECK as much as putting what they disagree with, with some facts sprinkled in. I do enjoy where the 'journalist' (used loosely) put that Obama has cut taxes. Obama, or any President for that matter can't do a damn thing about taxes or many other things without the Congress and Senate. Also, extending existing tax rates ISN'T a tax cut. I know that's hard for some to wrap their heads around.

Ok here's what I think of Romney in case you are all are wondering.?? Romney championed a health care law in my home state of Massachusetts that is almost identical to Obamacare which all my conservative friends in Boston despise...so that is strike one against Romney..Mitt has also changed his positions on social issues including abortion, gay rights, that question his conservative credentials so that is strike two... So IMHO Romney has two strikes against him before coming to the plate and he has trouble hitting a curve ball tossed by Sarah, Palenty, Newtie, or Obama....so in the baseball vernacular used in Fenway Park in Boston ...Romney is outta here..

OK How about Sarah Palin for President and Michelle Backman for Vice President...and all lady team for the Republicans who are both the darlings of the Tea Party. Both ladies have been assailling Romneycare, Obamacare, Obama's budget deficits, and are picking up steam lately ..Sarah is making a big hit with the younger generation (18 to 35) ladies if that means anything???

I was wondering what you thought about him...I still stand by my prediction that he'll be our next president. I don't see anyone beating Obama...but hope I am wrong and I am not that politically astute but did like Reagan, Kennedy, Speaker Tip O'Neil and that is about it for polticians who impressed me.

She's HOT. Yup, she is. I also think Derek Jeter is hot, but that doesn't mean I think he should be president.

Most of your gal pals think Mr Burns is hotter than Derek Jeter so what?? Neither Jeter or Mr Burns want to take a pay cut and run for president...but young ladies do seem to be impressed with Sarah in New England...check it out.

Sarah is beautiful. I like her best when she is mussed up. Ya gotta admit, not that many women are willing to be shot (photographed and filmed) all mussed up. She's the real deal. Appealing.. who she backs could matter....
