2 pounds of pork meat (usually $2.00 a pound)
Cut up in 2 X 2 cubes
Place in a crock pot for abut 3-4 hours on low.
Add fried onions and 2 cloves of fried garlic
Cook.
1 hour before serving pour in 1/2-3/4 of a bottle of BBQ sauce.
After 4-5 hours of cooking in the crock pot, the meat should be tender and delicious.
Place BBQ meat on hamburger buns and serve.
Feeds 3-4 people.

as this is the vegetarian thread. Can I subsitute carrots for the pork? Thanks Wouldn't portabella mushrooms be a better choice   |
