I filed BK in 2009. January of 2010 I got a cc with 0% interest for 12 months. The 12 months are up, I don't know what the interest rate is now, because I don't use the card. I don't think it's anywhere near 29% though.
ETA: I have no idea what my credit score is either. I imagine it's still pretty low.

I looked up the APR on my cc. It's 9.9%.
