the vote sends an important signal to the White House that conservatives will not unilaterally disarm on the filibuster when the President nominates individuals who would do serious damage to the Constitution and the rule of law. Now, what about that debt ceiling thing? When do we get to see the filibuster on it?

A RIGHT to welfare??? All wrapped up in fancy words, but that is the gist of it. Good grief!! I'm SO glad someone is paying attention NOW and starting to block these freaks from positions of power. Too bad our gov't is already crawling with them, and some we can't even get rid of.

The Ninth Circus is the looney tunes court anyway- probably wouldn't have mattered. I like that Republicans showed some backbone, though. Buh bye!
