I'd like to buy my neighbor's house and cut down their stupid hedge that blocks my view when I turn left at their intersection. I would be willing to give the house back after the hedge is gone.

I would love a maid service. I hate hate hate cleaning, and it never ends.
A kitchen overhaul - gas stove with an actual vent hood to the outside, a nicer dishwasher, more counter space, a small walk-in pantry. Then a landscaped outdoor eating/cooking area = nice grill, big smoker, comfortable furniture, a place I want to hang out all evening after work. I love cooking and feeding people, and I'm constantly frustrated by the small space / poor configuration of our kitchen, and the mess that is our current sunken backyard patio.
More bicycling/scuba diving trips. International travel.

How do I buy "Time"? I want to not have to do the 9 to 5 grind (which sucks up about 11 hours a day with getting ready, commute, eating dinner on the other end).

I've been thinking about this thread, and just made an offer for $35k on a used car. *GULP*

I'd set up the beach house as a second home. Right now it's shared jointly b/t the ex and me, and it's being rented. I'd eat teh loss of rent each month to be able to use the house whenever we have time off of school.

Me, I'd love to be able to take ~3 weeks off and tour the country on my motorcycle. Oh, and visit as many of those diners, dives & drive thrus as possible.
