Conservative voters no longer have sufficient voice to carry a majority. In your dreams maybe. How soon you minority want to forget what happened just this past November 10 quite frankly, people that are annoyed with recent congressional accomplishments are not necessarily conservative. please see my recent post re: Green Party candidate Ralph Nader.

You may not see how Hillary Clinton wants the same, but that's your vote. oh wait, you're in Canada....you don't have one.
Dear Ms. chiver78, that slant is very old and usually a sign of desperation. Did you know another Canadian poster with views similar to mine was called upon to run for President? Too bad about your requirements. Concerning Palin, she is a little rough around the edges but is light years ahead of Clinton in terms of honestly, integrity and patriotism.

Again, in your dreams. The militant, Liberal "Green Party" is such an insignificant group of psycho's that even Liberal DNC members intentionally distant themselves from them. Again, the Tea Party, made up by Conservative (blue dog Dem's, GOP, and Independent) members have joined together to make our voices heard. The numbers are growing each and every day.

Mr Burns, it may frost your tail to know, but I am actually a dual citizen (US/CAN) with rights to vote in both countries. as far as Palin's patriotism, the thought that she might have her finger on the "red button", so to speak, doesn't make me feel any better knowing she has the best intentions to heart. she thinks she can see Russia from her house - for all we know, she's going to send a missile off to Alaska!

chiver78, what dung. Do you even take the time to smell the stuff that you are slinging around. No one is buying into your Liberal garbage. Talk about total denial.

I am not sure Palin is electable. She has talked to much and some of her comments would not portray her as a good president and the opposition would rehash them all. In short she talks to much without measuring her comments.

Let me guess, your riding is in the Toronto area. Lots of immigrants and lefties around there. They did elect a good old boy mayor though. There is still hope to right the ship even in a practically third world city.

Talk about total denial. quite frankly, I acknowledge that Hillary was an equal partner in the last successful White House. I don't think it's much of a stretch that she could continue that streak as President. Palin, sorry......I don't get such a warm and fuzzy feeling about her. enthusiastic? you betcha! competent to lead the free world? not so much. how's that for dung? plant a flag in it.

The poll was based upon the board reopening at 11:00 Central time so no one wins.

In short she talks to much without measuring her comments. I'm not saying that she would necessarily win an election. I am saying that we could do far worse. Wait a minute. We are doing worse. His name is Obama. ;D

Actually isn't everyone that voted for #6 the real winners?

To the seven voters who selected the following as their response "number five will never happen" (#6), congratulations. You won. As it was Stay Put's contest, he will be awarding the prizes.
Congratulations all (including me)!

I've never set foot in Ontario, and I have no family there. I can't quite figure why you pair immigrants with liberals though.....seems a little stereotypical of you. fwiw, I am not an immigrant, I am a citizen by birthright. I'm not going to tell you where I have a vote, either. you'll just have to figure out whether I'm countering your vote or not.

Thats fine Ms. chiver78. Actually I never thought of you as an immigrant. "stereotypical"? Not so. It is a fact and can be confirmed by looking at election results in large cities filled with third world immigrants. The Toronto area ridings were painted liberal red in the last federal election. You can tell your little friend Ms. Shirina this is not just "anecdotal" evidence.

Congratulations all (including me)! Tenneseer, it was my poll, and I chose one winner. The one who picked "none of the above," because #6 was based on number 5's choice. The next time I do a poll, I will have to be much more coherent in my polling techniques. I probably got my techniques from Fox polls, but then again, it might have been from Hufffington......

I hit the quote button on message 53. Why does it post the quote as gibberish?

Value Buy-you deleted the end bracket after the last use of the word 'quote'. It should look like this: (I have added a space in between the last use of the word quote and the bracket. Normally there should be no space. I only added it so the formula would show.)And not this: Or Rasmussen Reports?[/quote Your last bracket is missing. Your cursor after you hit the quote button was right next to the bracket where you probably started typing your message. You went back to move your message down a line or two and probably deleted the bracket.
