My father raises and slaughters ducks and part of my Christmas gift was 2 whole ducks. I would like to roast them. Who has a good recipe for it?

love duck..never had the courage to try it though.the cooking of...a out to dinner item for me..if no recipes here suggest just google under recipes...lots of them there, just pick one, easiest I would choose.
