2 pounds of pork meat (usually $2.00 a pound) Cut up in 2 X 2 cubes Place in a crock pot for abut 3-4 hours on low. Add fried onions and 2 cloves of fried garlic Cook. 1 hour before serving pour in 1/2-3/4 of a bottle of BBQ sauce.
After 4-5 hours of cooking in the crock pot, the meat should be tender and delicious.
Place BBQ meat on hamburger buns and serve. Feeds 3-4 people.

I buy a big pork roast when it's on sale, usually spend $4-6 total on it....
pork roast 1 onion chopped 1 jalapeno chopped 3 or 4 whole cloves of garlic water about 1/2 way up couple of big shots of worchestershire sauce
throw it all in the crock pot and cook on low 4-5 hours, basically until you can pull the bone out with no resistance
pull it out of the crock pot, shred with a fork. Put into a pot on the stove with a whole bottle of favorite BBQ sauce, stir to mix. just reheat thru
serve on a hamburger bun with sliced onion and sliced pickles (optional)

I use a pork roast like steff, add Dinosaur BBQ Sauce, onions, garlic, and a little water. Cook until it falls apart. Serve on hamburger buns.

I cut up onions (videlia preferred but white, red, or yellow onions work too) to cover the bottom of the crock pot (or pot I'm using in the Solar Oven), add a pork shoulder (or picnic pork thingy) usually between 2 and 3 pounds, and then pour a bottle (16ounces) of something like Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce over it. I've done it on low for 7 hours in a crock pot (in the Solar Oven I set it up for either 4 hours or 7-8 hours). I like it 'sweet' hence the videlia's and the Baby Ray's sauce.
Either way (crock or sunoven) I can just pull apart the roast with a couple of forks. I add extra BBQ sauce when serving.
I'm gonna add garlic the next time I make it! YUM! I learn something new on these boards every day!

I'm really lazy with my BBQ pork, but people seem to love it. I put the pork roast in a crock pot with about 1/2 cup of chicken stock and I cover the whole roast with Sweet Baby Ray's. I cook it on low for about 6 hours, shred it with a fork, and if it needs a little more time I'll cook it for another hour. When I shred it and get it back in the pot I judge wether or not it needs extra sauce.

Mmm...I haven't made BBQ pork sandwhiches in a few years...now I'm hungry for one.
I put a dry rub on the pork shoulder (bone-in) and cook it in the crock pot all day. I pull it apart and use my favorite bbq sauce....everyone raves about it.

I love barbecue sauce, but I like different kinds for different things. For BBQ pork or beef brisket, it's got to be Sweet Baby Ray's. For braised pork chops I like the Sweet Baby Rays' Sweet and Spicy. If I'm making BBQ chicken pizza or using the sauce to dip french fries, I like the original KC Masterpiece.
