Went to a charity fund raiser this evening for an animal shelter . Every critter in my house is rescued. Frank the Impaler's wife has a shelter. Last count , he has some of the overflow living at his house.

It's like they know. We had two dogs show up at our front door this year. We found the owners..but still..they know to stop here.

It's like they know. We had two dogs show up at our front door this year. We found the owners..but still..they know to stop here. Kman, I agree! We are sure our kitties stand at the sliders giving the signal to others because they're always in our back yard. Even our neighbors cats and dogs show up at our place. They've learned to just call me first before they freak out if a pet is missing. |

Thank you Peace.......six cats...one dog...there was two dogs ...but my Rott, "Henry" passed away. All geriatric. I give shots..heart meds....daily. The bed is crowded and they know when I awake. Look!..His breathing changed. Let's get as close to his face as we dare.

Our local Fire Departments are having St. Pets day (spoof of St. Pat's Day). They are collecting dog and cat food for rescues. I dropped off a bag of each yesterday
On a somewhat related note, my insane cat chased the neighbor's dog back into his house yesterday. Granted, it was a Yorkie, but it was hilarious!
