Most of us will remember the noises that were made about American guns winding up in the hands of Mexican cartels. But have we heard what happened when Attorney General Eric Holder's ATF people got involved? The ATF set up some kind of sting that went bad and one Border Patrol officer was killed. Holder and ATF deny any responsibility. A bungled Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms sting operation allowed hundreds of guns to fall into the hands of Mexican criminals, and more than one ATF agent is now saying "I told you so." The bureau hoped to trace the guns from American sellers to the top echelon of drug cartels, but they lost track of hundreds of them, the Los Angeles Times reports. Almost 200 were only recovered after they were linked to crimes, including the December murder of a Border Patrol agent. www.newser.com/story/113353/cartel-gun-in-fed-sting-tied-to-border-agent-murder.htmlAnd more at: www.usatoday.com/news/nation/2011-04-15-arizona-gun-ATF-border.htmMaybe they need to get the military and intelligence people who took down bin laden over ten thousand miles away in a totally hostile environment and have them replace Eric Holder and the ATF. I wonder if the SEALS could "seal" the Mexican border.

Washington wants the border open, Henry. Mexico needs a revenue stream to keep paying the banks interest on their debt. The military and CIA are in charge of getting drugs safely into the country to keep the poor in their place. Banks launder that drug money. They know. They know, Henry.

Marsha, I've told this story before.
I watched a Cspan airing of a pilot who was testifying before Al Gore's Committee on drug running. It was several years ago. He showed a cardboard box about 2 feet square that had a logo on the side with a globe, an airplane, , ,and some other things, , on the side. He said it would hold one million dollars in hundred dollar bills. He also had a larger box that would hold a million dollars in 20's and 50's. He said he was a pilot on a courier service that carried pallets of such boxes to 7 or more countries in Mexico and further south. Columbia was a big source of drugs at the time.
He said that when they got to their destination they were met by armed groups of uniformed people who took the money "to town" and then brought it back in the same boxes. Only this time they took the money to two or three Federal Reserve banks inside the United States and made deposits. He carried a list of bank telephone numbers that he called and said he was making deposits to their banks and for them to further deposit the monies into particular accounts inside their banks.
He said that all that would be needed to bring drug money laundering to a halt would be for bank examiners to focus on deposits from overseas and audit those accounts, asking for invoices to back up their having sold anything that would net this, or that, particular deposit from a foreign source.
To my knowledge nothing has ever changed. The only thing I know is that drug dealers don't take credit cards or checks, and that most money in circulation today will alert a drug sniffing dog. , , ,c and the money laundering is still going on. Maybe the pilot got his old job back.

It has changed in the sense that it has gotten worse, Henry. It's not our country anymore. It is owned by the immoral banking cartel that is intent on weakening us enough so we'll meld more easily into their borg world. They'll do to us what they've been doing to Africa for generations. If they can. There's still more of us and we're still undomesticated to some extent. Many of us. Too many being drugged and destroyed.

The Los Angles Times and USA Today, cited as sources for information in the OP, are "Main Stream Media"

The correct term is "Mid Stream Media". Look it up under "medical terms" if you don't know what "mid stream" means.

I need to get out of AZ.... far, far way from the corruption. Is there anywhere left to go? Actually, my state fights back, but does it really matter?
