10 bananas I thought of freezing them but space is limited. Not willing to make B-Bread.
Any other Ideas for a surplus of bananas???

Smoothies, banana pudding, banana cream pie. You could slice a few and drizzle some melted chocolate on them and toss those in the freezer (if you have enough space for that...)
ETA--banana pancakes

Puree and make some sorta' banana shampoo or body wash or mask. I never thought a blessing of abundance would be burdensome.

Freeze and cut chunks off for smoothies and don't buy or accept anymore bananas.

If you let the bananas get to almost the point you like to eat them and then pop them in the fridge - their peel will turn black but the inside will slowly continue to ripen... doing this could prolong the life of a banana for 2 or 3 days, which might be enough time for you to eat them up!
I use bananas up by cutting them up, placing them in the bottom of custard cups, and then covering with either banana pudding or chocolate or even vanilla pudding. Sometimes I add some shredded coconut and maybe crumble a graham cracker on top... the Jello Pudding website has wonderful recipes for pudding based pies that are too easy to make.

I recently had some ripe bananas so I melted some dark chocolate and peanuts and rolled banana slices in it, then put it in the freezer. It was messy to make so I think next time I'll cut up the bananas and freeze the slices first (hopefully they'll be less slick maybe?), then do the chocolate/peanut thing. I haven't tried them since I froze them but they were pretty good not frozen. I just remember the frozen bananas on a stick at theme parks and figured that might be a way to get rid of ripe bananas.

oreo--that sounds really good, and I don't even like bananas much (however I just bought some bananas and strawberries on my way home tonight so DS and I might make something like that tomorrow--not sure if I'll bother to freeze them first, maybe just spoon the chocolate and peanuts over the slices instead of rolling them?) And now, thinking about it more, I'm tempted to not wait until tomorrow

Banana "ice cream"! I know you don't have much freezer space, but it only takes a day or two to freeze, then pop them in a food processor, add a bit of honey, cinnamon, chocolate chips, whatever and process until smooth - it tastes great and is pretty healthy too!

grilled bananas are great - the sugars caramelize and turns brown. Deep fried bananas are better, but it's messy.

I do freeze excess about to go bad for future bnb. I smash them first & flatten them in zip lock bags...takes very little space that way & easy to stack. I have found if not used within 3 mos. the flavor starts to wan.
