If our government felt the need to bail out all the big business in America to keep them on their feet. Shouldn't the average American citizen be entitled to the same assistance given to the rich? Shouldn't all the American people in financial ruins/deep debt be entitled to a bailout (or bankruptcy) as well?

All Americans are entitled to file for protection under bankruptcy laws, providing they qualify. As are businesses.

Wouldn't some of the tax credit thingies and tinkering with our FICA count as "mini bailouts?"

Big businesses closing result in a lot of jobs being lost. The average American going bk can actually result in more people being employed (lawyers, auctions, etc).
Also I don't agree that big business is the "rich". A lot of the owners of big business are actually little people who have bought their stock. Maybe even a lot of the workers there own part of the business. It's easy to define rich but much harder to understand that if the rich become broke, they take a lot of the average people with them.
Having said that I don't think we did ourselves any favors by bailing out those companies without setting better ground rules (like bonuses won't be paid until the loans are paid back).
