as 99% of them are unproven criminals.
As are you, Mr. Burnsattornincan, if you in fact drove drunk last night, and made it home without penalty.

But too bad you weren't lucky enough to run into a DUI checkpoint and get you off the streets.
Dear steff__t, it is my business to know where all of the checkpoints are. By the way, did I say I drove drunk? Being at a cocktail party does not automatically get you drunk. I was certainly very tired though as this is a busy time of year in my profession.

Dearest SweetVrginia, steff__t and Mr. deziloooo, I see we are not going to go any further here as the subject of Ted Kennedy's disgrace seems to be a sore spot for you all and the only thing you can talk about is my soiree last night. Don't fret, we can move on to something else at a later point.

One would think that as an "attorney" (yeah right), one would know better than to say they drove home from a cocktail party and was in no condition to post. While complaining about a dead guy ( talk about beating a dead horse literally) who drove drunk.
But whatever, it's clear that you think being a drunk driver is okay as long as it isn't the now deceased Ted Kennedy. Again, thank God you didn't kill some innocent family.

ok ..burns. The reality is , we don't know and in that tragedy , trying to dive in the dark to find the car, free Jo Ann, just not going to happen, and he probably , might have been drowned himself. That he didn't go back to the cottage and summon help..no excuse for that.. That he served the country well in being a spokesman for the have nots , liberal causes , yet one who also had no problem crossing the aisle and working with the opposition to craft good legislation and promoting how our government is supposed to work when you have so many divergent views, that is also a fact and is so sorely missed now. That he did it so long and was effective right up to the last is remarkable. The country is beter off for him, it is worse off for his being gone. IMHO.

LoL... nothing like watching a group beat a dead horse. A very literally dead horse. Since it seems to still matter so much and apparently Teddy is gonna dig his way out and go back to congress, this is VERY important to keep beating on. LoL

I wonder if he , if true, was in his "drinking to much stage " then. The man was not a Saint, he had demons. I think some of it was the family tragedy's, losing three brothers violently like he did, then his nephew, John, John, stroke of his father, , the early passing of Jacqueline, all the pressure of being a father to all those Kennedy kids when their fathers were gone..his own marriage and on and on...death by overdose of one Nephew and the addiction before that, amputation of a leg of another.....what did I leave out. Like a Shakespearian play...

guys, don't feed the troll. he's spinning his own prior statements in order to argue semantics, all while basking in his own arrogance that he's always right.

I will say a quick hello to you Ms. chiver78 although you don't really deserve being acknowledged. Mr. dezilooooo, there other documented occurrences showing Ted Kennedy's character, I am not judging him solely on the Chappaquiddick accident. How about the "waitress sandwich"? Fathering a son some 25 years ago with a Cape Cod woman? These are just things that have been brought to light concerning that drunken disgrace. Imagine all the things we've never heard about.

Well I see there was a Inquirer suggestion/expose of and then another one where the "Cape COD " woman is suing the Inquirer and claiming it's not true, and since a DNA test would prove one way or the other, I wonder why she is saying not true, which could easily be proved by such a test..so are you posting fact as correct or just BS rumors? You can understand that the Inquirer , while having been found truthful at times, has also been found to be a lying rag in others, so how sure are you of the facts in this case? I have said a Saint he was not.. www.capecodtoday.com/blogs/index.php/2007/11/29/cape_woman_sues_enquirer_over_kennedy_lo?blog=109Ratch..I wasted my time reading that link you put up..the first part is correct..referring to his accomplishments, the rest is just BS of members of..and the one on Ted himself is the drowning , we know about it, and their feeling that Ted had something to do with his formers wife drinking problems..which he may have, may not have , but a thing between them as are all family disputes, deputes and problems between adults and when it can't be resolved, they separate, they divorce.

If I may ask how long are we going to beat this dead horse?. And if you did not drive tipsy then why worry about where the check points are. Just being tired will not get arrested. DUI will. You made it sound like you got away with something and now trying to make it different. .
