I am now eligible to start investing my HSA. Optum uses Betterment for the investment services. Anyone know anything about them? Do I have to use them or could I use my Fidelity account? I know diddly squat about this stuff. Thanks in advance.

You can open an HSA with Fidelity and move it there if you want. That's what I always do whenever my cash balance gets a couple thousand over because my employer investment option has (what I think) are high fees. Fidelity handles the transfer and it takes several weeks. I'm not familiar with Betterment or what they charge.
