I will note that Knorr apparently no longer makes the parma rosa mix. I cannot remember what I subbed it with last time I made it, but I do remember looking around online for sub ideas.
ETA: I just found Knorrs parma rosa mix at our local dinky Food Lion grocer, so it is not discontinued.
