Our neighbors own a couple of English bulldogs. Considering their faces look "fierce", both are sweet as pie. One sadly has breathing issues, which are common in dogs with flat faces.

That's why I personally do not like bulldogs French or otherwise (breathing issues). I love huskies and there is something smaller that is husky like. I also like various working dogs and certain hypoallergic dogs because of my allergies.

I just wanted to comment on the dogs on the top 10 list. You know what my little terrorists are.  I've already got 2 dogs, so I've got all I can afford or handle, although I love seeing dogs that other people have. Golden retrievers are amazingly sweet dogs too. |

One of our neighbors used to have a couple of huskies. They DO talk. It's both funny & cute. |

I have a lab-golden retriever mix. She looks like a golden retriever with black fur. She is a sweetheart when she's not running through burrs and nettles and rolling in dead fish. She has a boyfriend a few doors down. His name is Remington and he's a black lab. He comes to visit her and looks in the sliding glass door for her.
