I have cable because it is the only way to get Internet. My Provider and Verizon both decided bundles are the way to go, so I have a cheap bundle and my Internet is at least $100/mo. undiscounted. 

So, I generally have cable anytime I have internet. T-Mobile keeps teasing me about their internet and rates, but they are not in my area.

Because of those who own the complex, we are now down to one choice.    Its difficult enough as it is so I don't do much but document right now.

I called to drop services and instead retention did something and my bill is lower. It is not as low as what I would have done, but it helps. They said maybe we can get you down to $110 plus taxes. More like $140ish with. The affordable connectivity law lapsed so I can't even get a $35 credit on my bill. 

Probably should email a state and federal senator and see what's up with that. I'd like to think when Harris gets elected that it can be part of the first 100 days thing. Or Biden can just slip it in the next news cycle Trump is floundering.
