Why just the day b4 fourth of July, the girl w/ an emotional support dog here just broke down in a way I didn't understand. It was baaaaaaad, but it was a sign to get out of my bath right now ... because it was only going to get more festive from then on.

Possibly at the same time there was a horrific crash, yet again, just south of the Main St intersection. This time instead of plowing into building and what not, both drivers had to be extricated from their cars. So the siren and screaming morning I had was actually two separate incidents.



Anyway, I think my tele doc appt may have gone mental because of behind the scenes shenanigans. <Shoots look of death at possible guilty parties.

Sometimes I am slow on politics but I get it now. TS an Ice Queen did similar. TS is an entire novel, but I will end with she treated both me and the real FTer so badly, she was refused from returning.


There's more, like she actively tried the pit the two of us against each other.



This is different than my most toxic boss prior to here. She is actually competent. 
She who shouldn't be named may be fighting to not be fired or at least force the really bad review on the old person
instead of sucking it up and owning up her actions.

The 24th of July is a state holiday, in Utah. It is a celebration of "The Days of '47".
When the Pioneers came and decided "This is the place."
There will once again be lots of fireworks.

It was supposed to be how to be Happy in July given the weather has been usually hot humid and awful longer than most Julys.
A poster distracted me. I think I will delete all that and return to the intention of the thread.

There will also be a BIG parade, downtown, in the morning and various things throughout the day. And a rodeo in the evening. It's a big deal.

The parades were first thing in the morning. I slept through them. And I didn't attend any of the other events, or the fireworks either. That's way too many people, for my likes.

Someone did shoot off a bunch of BIG fireworks last night. About a block (maybe less) from me, that burst approximately 10 stories high. They were really big and really close. If they would have been closer, I would have been afraid. They stopped just in time that they didn't get caught, I think. It was definitely not a professional display.

July is summertime.  July 4 celebrations, county fairs, state fair.  Gardens growing.  Produce sharing.  Outdoor sports playing.  Just sitting and enjoying the feel of summer.

DD1's birthday is tomorrow. She will be 44. I can't believe I have a child that age!

I'm proud of both my girls.
That makes me happy.
