Are you all seeing a lot of product recall articles lately - like over the last two to three weeks? Especially if you visit msn.com?
I think I am a victim of the "Algorithm" or maybe it's an AI trying to "please me" by offering more and more of news items based on one news Item I clicked on....
A week ago or so, I read about the cream cheese recall because a friend and her elderly mom have cream cheese with breakfast nearly every day. Since then a heck ton of "articles" about food recalls are showing up on various sites I look over to find something interesting to read. Today's recalls are jarred tomato sauce and fancy cups that break when you put hot liquids in them (info based on the headline - I didn't click on them). In the recent past - it was cucumbers and chocolate. There were lots of other food products I just can't remember the headline for them.
If it's the algorithm - it kind of makes msn.com useless to me. I want to see things I've never seen before - not more of what I was vaguely interested in two weeks ago. I'm not sure how to look to see if it's a cookie problem (as in if I clear some cookies I will get a more diverse selection of reading material/news)

I haven't seen any articles about product recalls. I've been seeing a lot of articles about retirement budgeting and advice columns saying we should all work until our 70's. I generally read off of google news, which has a "for you" section where I see a lot of tailored stuff.
I just went to msn.com and didn't notice anything pop out about product recalls. One way to test it might be to open an incognito window and go to your normal site, then compare the articles. I don't know if clearing cookies will fix it if you are browsing while logged in.
