Arizona officials have been trying to find him for weeks so they can serve him. www.cnn.com/2024/05/14/politics/arizona-officials-giuliani-indictment-2020/index.htmlI don’t blame him. He’s old. He owes two women 148 million. He’s bankrupt. Now Arizona wants to indict him. And his BFF Trump owes him a shit ton of money but isn’t paying - and will gladly throw him under a bus if it benefits him. I hope all the Trump lap dogs are paying attention. This is what happens to all the most devoted toadies.

I wonder if he disappeared on his own (heck, he might have wandered off) or had a little "help." I would not put it past Trump or his Kiss The Orange Ass Crew to make him go away in order to keep him quiet.

I saw a post on Reddit that said he if could continue to evade the guys trying to serve the papers for a certain time period the charges would be dropped. That seemed pretty sloppy - surely that’s not true?

The summons requires Giuliani to show up Tuesday morning to enter a plea in a basement courtroom at Phoenix's Maricopa County Superior Court building. His attorney can request a virtual appearance or ask the court to reschedule the arraignment. link The Attorney General lawyer should introduce the Giuliani taunt and ask the court to demand he be there in person on Tuesday and then use it again to push to deny him bail. He is obviously a flight risk.

IF AZ has to dismiss the indictment if they can't find him, wouldn't that encourage everyone not to come to court? I think Mr. Guiliani is wrong on this one.

I thought he was strapped for cash/ bankrupt. How did he afford all the plane tickets to keep flying between Florida and NY to avoid the server?

Just because someone was found not guilty on a murder case doesn't mean the victim isn't dead.

Just because someone was found not guilty on a murder case doesn't mean the victim isn't dead. Or that the accused didn't kill him! It just means that the jury was not 100% convinced.

As Judge Judy said "Not Guilty" does not mean "innocent". It means there was enough reasonable doubt they couldn't convict you. Your ass can still be totally guilty of what you were accused of.

Nobody was more surprised these gloves didn't fit than OJ... Yea that one has always struck me as very unconvincing proof. Just try to put on your very well fitting gloves while tensing the muscles in your hand - not going to happen.

Not to mention leather shrinks when wet and they were soaked in blood. I had a pair of leather horseback riding gloves back when I rode a lot and if it was rainy or I sweated a lot those suckers would shrink. You had to squeeze your hand into them and flex them to get them back to normal size. Plus he had blue latex gloves on underneath- unless those are powdered gloves, those would be very hard to slide anything over them.

it was a terrible idea to have him try on the glove. They probably use that in the ‘never do this ‘ class in law school to this day.
