Bogleheads promotes common sense investing. I've been a member of Bogleheads for a number of years and I know there are other fans on this forum. I'm excited about the fact that this year's conference is being held in Minnesota. Yay! Anyway, just thought I would share this information here.

I've already signed up.
I wish they had the agenda in place. Last year they had a Bogleheads University on Friday which sounded awfully interesting. I told my sister-in-law and a niece's husband and they thought that sounded like something they would love to attend. I haven't signed them up yet because I want to ask a few more relatives in the area. I will gladly pay for any of my relatives to attend. It's money well spent if they get something out of it.
Registration through May 31 is $525. It's $625 if you don't register until June. Since I live right here and my brother's family is mostly in the Cities or an hour away, none of us have to worry about hotel costs. Just parking in downtown Minneapolis. I was hoping they'd have it near the Mall of America in Bloomington, but the downtown hotels are apparently much more suited for this type of convention.

That would be really cool, but I'll probably have to satisfy myself with watching last year's conference for free. I spent about 2 hours last night going down a Boglehead's rabbit hole as I'm trying to figure out my whole fixed-income dilemma. They have a ton of information and tools out there that's for sure.

I started a thread about it like a year ago and still haven't done anything. LOL
