So of course I waited until the last second to file my state taxes. We have income from W-2s, and Schedule Cs (1 for husband's freelance, and 2 for my Etsy stores). 10 minutes after I submitted it, I realized that I forgot to add my 2 Schedule Cs! One schedule C had a profit of $4 and the other a loss of -$153. So I would imagine adding them would have decreased our total income by a few dollars. They were submitted with the federal taxes correctly. I saw that I could send an amended return (has to be mailed), but should I preemptively do it or wait until they contact me to say I made a mistake?

I would go ahead and send it in unless you are waiting for a refund. Then I would advise you to wait until the filed return has been processed. Don't want to confuse the state authorities.
If either business receives Forms 1099-MISC, those will eventually be matched to your EIN.
It sounds like you might get a small refund.
Were the Schedule C's included on the federal return?
