According to the TV talking heads this AM, the Dem won on the issue of better border security. They have to continue to push the amount they gave in the bill, which the republicans rejected. It is going to be very hard to keep gaslighting the independents on this one. The guy I heard said if the dem won, the whole GOP would pivot their campaigns away from immigration. |

Trump is claiming the GOP candidate is a ‘very foolish woman’ because she didn’t endorse Trump and MAGA.
He’s claiming a 99% endorsement success rate in primaries. (Which is bullshit- just look at GA. )
He says he stayed out of the race ‘I want to be loved!!!’

I heard several times on national news yesterday that the Republican candidate, Mazi Pilip, was a registered Democrat. A democrat running on the Republican ticket.

The panel chose her after considering more than 20 candidates. Pilip is a registered Democrat, though she holds office as a Republican and has traditional Republican positions on issues such as taxes and public safety.

Mazi Melesa Pilip - Wikipedia Sounds like she has a very moderate base there - I heard most of her district is college educated. One of the GOP groups that likes Trump the least. She was smart to not run a MAGA, Trump adoring campaign. I think she would have done worse if she did, despite what the orange snowflake is spouting. |
