www.politico.com/news/2021/11/13/raid-veritas-okeefe-biden-press-521307convicted felon James O'Keefe had his cell phone data, and that of 47 other MAGA accolites, turned over to the FBI in the Ashley Biden Diary investigation. there are mixed feelings about this. it is probably not a slam dunk. but any amount of trouble for this idiot makes me smile, considering how much UNDESERVED trouble he has caused others.

The article lost me in the beginning when they called him a journalist. He is not. He was a maker of slanted documentaries usually with faked or leading others type commentary.
Dealing with him says nothing about dealing with legit RW journalists.

the "documents" mentioned are the text histories (pertaining to this case) of the (48) phones. about 20 texts each. theoretically, they show a pattern of criminality. it is now up to the FBI to determine that.
