Iowa GOP was happy to give different religions the opportunity to set up their holiday displays in public - until the Satanists set theirs up. www.newsweek.com/republican-governor-asks-prayers-over-satanic-temple-display-1851793So once again, the GOP is all for our rights and liberties, except when they don’t align with THEIR beliefs. I saw the Satanist display. They’ve got a figure like a guy with a metal goat head. And some red velvet. Cool in a Goth way. Those Satanists really know how to troll people

Dude I love the Satanists! They are basically just trolling organized religion. They don't even believe in Satan!

Come on everyone knows religious freedom only applies to Christians.
I was reading about this on KETV this morning.
"No we don't mean religious freedom for YOU!"

i think chopping the head off is in keeping with the message.
doesn't hurt the display at all.
there is evil in the world.
and that 35YO is a conduit for it.

Sadly the head chopping part doesn't surprise me. What confused me is why is a guy from Mississippi at the Iowa Capitol? Did he travel up here just to lop a head off? I thought for sure it'd be an Iowa resident. Governor Reynolds did ask people to pray about the display.

They will beat down kill etc anything that they fear. Period. It does not mean that the rest of us do not do similar on occasions. Briefly I watched some Christmas themed clip show. Many of them seemed to be from Ring cameras or similar. There was one of a guy walking into his home, getting out his keys, and then clocking himself with the hanging plant that was there. He was angry. He turned around and punched the pot so hard that it and the plant sailed over the vehicle to land wherever. His proprety, perhaps his wife or kids plant. Harm, but no legal foul. Another memorable clip was a delivery guy tripping over one pumpkin in this pumpkin display that spanned multiple steps. I will just say it started with him throwing down the package he delivered and kicking the living daylights out of that pumpkin. Harm, and legal problems caught on camera. We all get angry and lose focus. The important thing IMO is to focus and understand where you are. Who you are representing. A
