changed my mind, again.  back to this one.
the climate summit produced an agreement to 3x nuclear production.
that will mean building a lot of power plants.  it will also mean increasing
uranium demand 3x.  

hopefully, the market will react to this swiftly.  i need a big winner to break even this year.
