If TMTG is unable to complete its merger with DWAC and receive more funds, the company may not survive, according to the filing.
i have been following this merger closely. the deadline was postponed at least twice and finally the majority of shareholders voted to liquidate their holdings.
now it is up to the rest of the stockholders of DWAC if they want to lose their assets, too.
we will see. if they are Trump Nation investors, it will go through, and Trump will win, and everyone else will lose. as always.
