Without an enforcement mechanism for violations, which that documents seems to lack, it is worthless. |

They did the bare minimum in response to all the criticism of their behavior, hoping to blunt it. Doubt it will alter their behavior, which will just result in more criticsm.

Impeachment is the process for dealing with Supreme Court Justice misconduct. It is questionable if it could be handled any other way. At least now there is a standard they could be held to in such proceedings.
