I saw that amazon will start selling Hyundai cars soon. Hows that for a monopoly Are they going to become the only way to buy a car or even a Hyundai? I doubt they will, but all the local dealers are leaning hard on online-only deals. You literally can go from shopping through financing and delivery on an app. I don't, but that's just me. Local dealers have a drastically smaller inventory than ever before so if I want a particular model and configuration, it's going to be an order and wait process anyway. Maybe it's smarter $$-wise for them to market that through Amazon rather than maintaining their own sales staff

Even if Amazon is found to be a monopoly and has to restructure its business, that doesn't mean it goes away completely. AT&T was once a monopoly, after all. I bet consumers won't notice a difference.
