Here is story very close to what I have gone through with a stalker.  She also bad mouths me at every social meeting with mutual acquaintances.  To keep the conversation off of her.  It's such a red flag with 4 people in this large social group, I avoid them.  She has gone so far as to hire people to pose as me in a wig similar to my hair but with theatrical makeup.  There is zero way for me to prank this demon.

I wonder what impact revealing the name prank will have on the child? His mom doesn't sound very stable and could do something that would mess with his psyche.

Yikes. I wish the stalkee had used something other than an extremely popular name for boys. I know literally dozens of Jacks - although maybe it has lost popularity over the past 20 years and new babies are not being named Jack quite as much. Even if she had written a common name with an uncommon spelling it would be less of a coincidence.

And why hasn’t she blocked this person on social media if she feels this way about them?

The creeper is an imposter and that an escalate.

The baby name was a minor win.  Other payback are hard unless there is an abused adult resource that can shut them down.  A report to social media admin.  Usually the tactics change when the creeper is challenged.
