WalletHub is known for its studies on everything from the best consumer credit cards or the voter turnout in each state to the best cities in the US for vegetarians. And each year, the publication releases its rankings on the least and most educated states in the country. WalletHub takes 18 factors into consideration to come up with the scores, checking each state for things like school safety, test scores, and any gaps in educational attainment. I'm surprised that I can't find Pennsylvania. they didn't do the middle third. just the top and bottom third. |
