i have owned this for a long time. mostly so i could follow the Turkish stock market.
for years it went nowhere. then in july, it bottomed at $18, and it has nearly doubled since then. i am picking this PURELY on technicals. no other reason. i actually SOLD some shares in the last month due to over-weighting.
