We're there only two maps shown in your linked article? If there are more, I cannot find a way to view Tham. And what's up with Avery?

I've never met anyone named Avery.
I added another link; there are way more than two maps. I don't know why the original link came up short.

And the only Avery which came to my mind was Avery Brundage who was the fifth president of the International Olympic Committee from 1952 to 1972.

Some of the maps are dated - but it's still interesting. Avery is the most popular non-gender specific name. The name Avery brings to mind "precut label sheets for printers" and Murphy Brown's baby. Mostly because back then - I was working on a project to interface an oracle database to a database on a stand alone pc and then to print custom labels from it. Had to work with a variety of Avery labels.
