I'm guessing Bills you aren't noticing the apparent rash of men in the news who have killed women who have spurned their advances because they are entitled dammit. At least one of them got sentenced recently. Some of these assholes do a quick shot to the head and move on.
She should take this seriously, it is scary you do not think so.

Report him to the police for criminal prosecution the first time he did it. Or the second. Or third. Fourth. Fifth. Sixth. Seventh. Eighth. Or at least the ninth. Or file a lawsuit after your contract isn't renewed. Who didn't take the exposure as a serious crime?

Should they be forced to hire a second because the one they had wasn't well suited to deal with the job as it was? Should she be forced to see a man who is 6 ft 6 and 200 lbs just because you think she should? A sports psychologist should not be and have all psychological disciplines under her belt simply cause Bills deems it so. The fact that the team released him while ignoring her complaints tells me much of what I need to know. They didn't take her complaints seriously, but once she threatened them with a lawsuit they did some investigation and decided the suit had merit and they screwed up. They hope by letting him go they will mitigate the damages in the lawsuit. MO. No one should be forced to do anything. But there are things that people should reasonably be expected to deal with when they choose to enter a profession and take a certain job. Professional athletes are a very privileged group in our society and can feel entitled. A therapist hired to deal with such should reasonably expect asshole and even criminal behavior. Deal with it or move on.

I've done a lot more than that in front of a psychologist. I wasn't seeing her as a psychologist and we were in a relationship at the time. Does that make a difference? Hope so.

Nope, I don't go to work to be abused.
I'm with young people all the time and there are definite boundaries.
Anything sexual against me or any female students would be a police matter.

Consent seems to be the key here. I hope you arent displaying your junk to people with whom you have a professional relationship.

I don't have a professional relationship with anybody. Don't need 'em. And it's not junk! It's not! It's not!

The same, we don't allow it.
I don't see that anyone goes to work to be abused tbh....... no matter what you do.

The 12-year-old nonverbal autistic student I work with has no way to communicate his frustrations other than to hit or scratch. Is he abusing me when he strikes out at me? Or is he just playing out his dysfunctional behavior? Is a patient in a therapeutic session abusing the therapist when they act out? I think a psychologist should be able to maintain a professional detachment from things like a patient exposing themselves.
