SpartanNash Company distributes and retails grocery products. It operates in three segments: Food Distribution, Military, and Retail. The Food Distribution segment offers approximately 65,000 stock-keeping units, such as dry groceries, produce, dairy products, meat, delicatessen items, bakery goods, frozen food, seafood, floral products, general merchandise, beverages, tobacco products, health and beauty care, and pharmacy products to independent retailers, national retailers, food service distributors, e-commerce providers, and corporate owned retail stores. I think the best thing to do this week is just try to hide somewhere
But what fun is that?
No clue how this week shakes out......up or down a lot.....or not.
Could go short or long AMZN OR TSLA this week, but I have no clue which wayeither one goes......
Disney reports this week as does Wendy's.
Both are in downward trends.
I want to go long on either, but think I should hide this week in something more "safe" like Archer Daniels Midland, just to survive the week.
What the heck, let's roll the dice.
Disney should report decent numbers on theme parks but not sure how streaming will be accepted by the traders.

Still do not know whether it plunges or rises on earnings......and it is at a 52 week low........
I think I will go out and buy a couple of baconators this week, but I will go long DIS this week.

European markets are all down and our futures on our Indexes are following suit.
Oil complex is down a little, but I do not think that will hold up this week.
Tighten your seat belts! Today could be a bumpy ride.
Some of our horses may have trouble getting into the starting gate as they are nervous.

Hoping my steed stumbles at the bell and recovers nicely later in the week.

1. if the markets keep tanking no one will sail anywhere, hence the price drop    
2. If diesel keeps climbing only the rich and famous will sail on crusises once again, but they do not sail on Carnival
