Look on your FB trading sites for a rolling desk chair. If you don't mind the fake leather peeling off, they are about $10 - $20 around here. My husband tried a lot of seat cushions because he had almost no body fat so his butt was bony. None of them really helped.

Have you tried a gel chair cushion? I don’t have first hand experience, but I’m thinking they should be less prone to having the stuffing shift and bunch up.
What I have found with the gel liners in my ski boots is after a few hours, the gel forms to my feet. Or, in the case of a chair cushion, to your pelvic structure. I’ve also noticed that the gel in my ski boots tends to settle during long periods of disuse, like over the summer. At the beginning of each ski season, there is a couple of hours where the gel reforms to my feet. During the season, when my boots are used every week or so, the gel holds it’s shape from use to use. In a chair cushion, the tendency for gel to slowly return to its default position should help keep the cushion from getting thin in the areas where you need cushioning the most.
