I've held this for quite some time and used it before in the contest. I think it may be ready to break out of a recent down trend. weekly bars

I was going to take a flyer on a weed stock this week
SNDL, but I dislike picking penny stocks for the contest, and this is definitely a penny stock. The whole category is basically a fire sale right now.......

I will go with last week's pick, EXK, but will short it. I expect it to come back down after a good jump yesterday. Markets are knocking down some oil and mineral companies this week.

What a difference a day and a half makes in the markets.
Everyone could have just thrown a dart on the wall at any Chinese internet stock or a world wide oil conglomerate or oil drilling supply company, and shorted it and look like geniuses.



Of course we have three and a half days to go and it all can change on a moment's notice to the positive side........

I went up 12.56% according to my yahoo watch list & VB went down 2.43%....just for today.

I think my grandson has picked out some good ones.  Now...if I can convince him he needs to sell when they are up to take a profit & he can rebuy when they go back down if he is still in love with that particular stock.  
I've also tried to convince him he needs some good dividend stocks...just to let them sit there so he will have some $$ in his old age.
