I thought back to an interview of his from long ago! He told the interviewer he would probably get an Academy Award before he got a Grammy! I went straight to YT and his part in Rocky Horror Picture Show.  |

Reports are saying Meatloaf was sick with Covid prior to his death.
Comedian Louie Anderson also passed away.

That sucks, but I'll see it as divine timing for me. My serious XBF and I had matching Bat out of Hell CDs. What a great album and the cover art was so rich.

He died of Covid though he did have other medical conditions. A great singer RIP |

Heck yes! What a voice. Not one of your pretty-faced boy singers. A man who looked like he lived, loved, and laughed hard -- and enjoyed every minute of it. Yet still had a very domestic, loving home life. He had the best of all worlds, and while we had our Bat Out Of Hell, we had the best, too. I just can picture him revving up to the Pearly Gates, on the motorcycle from The Rocky Horror Picture Show, gleam in his eye and mischief on his mind, belting it out for the angels.  |

The Bat out of Hell is classic Rock Opera to me, I can sing it all. here's something I found instead but seems right for January 2022. Check the cover art, looks like Covid to me.
