Clark, I really enjoy being in the top spot...however, I said "short" not 'long', which will reverse my position & put me on the bottom.  I was/am trying reverse mental telepathy with this stock...if I go short, it should increase...so if it increases enough, I can my stock that I own in real life.

djAdvocate, in Jul of 2021 I bought some shares base on its 5 yr. div. growth rate and a few other factors. I felt at the time it was a good long term buy that was likely to continue to increase the dividend. It has increased the dividend by 13% since I bought it. Only time will tell if my long-term opinion was correct. I do think financial stock look very good near term as well. 

Here are the main criteria used in the screen
Current yield > 5 yr ave yield
Payout ratio < 25%
Next year EPS estimates > current year EPS estimates
Member of Russell 3000 preferred
Rank by 5 yr dividend growth

The screen has been reliable for finding long term winners but I do get a few clunkers. VOYA has gained 14.3% since I bought it which isn't bad for a half-year but a lot of stocks have done much better over the same period. The 6-month gain for IWV is about 5.7%.

it looks like an incredible combination of growth and value.

the market is looking for safe havens right now.  which makes it

particularly good in a panic downturn like today.
