I was called for jury duty and the defense was going to bring up the #MeToo movement. I did not get called for question but my answers to the questions concerning that topic would have disqualified me. All of the people who ended up on the jury had worked in factories and "never" suffered discrimination or just "got used to it".
That is not okay.

I once took a course in employment law from company I worked for as a manager. One point was in trials the defense often wants only people without responsibility for budgets , management of people etc
