UR link is wonky. It leads to a Bloomburg apology/unavailable page. I'm not sure how to interpret this. Has what they originally published been retracted? If so, why? I was quite excited to read it.

Fascinating! Some folks will find a clever way and hustle to make money others are passive snd just muddle along
A guy who was classmate of our son in grammar school has a thriving business now even though he was probably just passing his classes He started Big John Clean Outs, he and another guy will clean up house construction sites, move furniture, clean out basements etc He has a nice house, car and family . Good for him!

I can see this happening. In the after math of the Great Recession - there were a handful of stores that opened in empty store fronts selling all sorts of stuff at deep discounts in my area - usually the left overs from other businesses that went out of business. The stores were minimal - used what fixtures were already in the storefront. The stores usually only lasted a 4 or 5 months and then they too were gone.
Each one had different inventory. It was a little like a treasure hunt - which worked out well for me as I had a "scavenger list" of things I needed/wanted for my house.
